The agency was founded in 2020 by Katy Flower who has 20 years’ experience in the industry as a driven, highly successful sales, marketing and broadcast media professional.
Katy worked at Europe’s largest radio company for 12 years, where she excelled at building strong relationships both internally and externally, getting to know her clients and their businesses. Katy has varied business sector knowledge, working with clients from: Charities, Local Councils, Retail, the Motor Industry, Healthcare, Health & Safety and beyond, and proven success in growing their business.

Katy first came into see us about 6 years ago, having never met her before we expected her to be like any other sales person, but she sat with us, talked to us about our business and asked us questions we had never been asked before.
